About

I’m an Optimistic Creative Strategist who believes serious subjects don’t always need serious solutions. Sometimes humour, play and a little absurdity are a much better way in.

I start with the question, not the format. The answer might be a film, an animation, a campaign, an installation — or something that doesn’t have a neat label yet. I’m not married to a medium. I’m interested in finding the right shape for the right purpose. The format follows the problem, not the other way around.

I’m especially drawn to sustainability, society and positive change — using creativity to help people see things differently and, hopefully, act differently too.

For bigger ideas, I work through That’s Rad, bringing together the right people to make them happen.

That’s Taking Fun Seriously.

Creative Strategy

Good ideas don’t start with a format. They start with the right question. I dig into the strategy, find the idea underneath the idea, and shape it into concepts, scripts and visual worlds that are clear, distinctive and preferably a little unexpected.

Campaigns

A strong campaign starts with a creative framework, one clear idea that can stretch across different formats, channels and moments. Film, social, motion, activations or something unexpected: different shapes, one shared thought.

Film & Direction

From first frame to final cut, every film is built around the idea not the other way around. Concept, treatment, direction, production, edit and post can all be part of the process. Commercial, brand film, social short or something harder to label: big crew or small setup, whatever gives the idea the screen time it deserves.

Animation & Motion

From simple movement to fully animated worlds, motion is used to make ideas clearer, sharper and more memorable. 2D, 3D, mixed media or something in between

Experiences & Installations

Some ideas work better when you can step inside them. From spatial concepts and interactive installations to exhibitions, activations and events, each experience is shaped around what people should see, feel and do. Always with one clear idea holding it all together.

Fun is part of the process

Good work gets better when the people making it enjoy making it. A set should have focus, trust and enough room to play. Because when people feel free to try, challenge, improvise and laugh, better ideas tend to show up. Fun isn’t a distraction from the work. It’s part of how the work gets good.
